Prior to joining Brooklyn A, Lauren was a Patient Navigator at 11th Street Family Health Services in Philadelphia through AmeriCorps National Health Corps, where she helped organize wellness programs for community members. She also previously worked as a Congressional Intern at the Embassy of Afghanistan in Washington, DC. Lauren studied Political Science-International Relations at the University of California, San Diego where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts. She brings her dedication and passion for advocacy. Her favorite place in New York is the Hudson River Parkway.
