Ms. Hing is a partner in the Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions groups for Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. Ms. Hing has extensive experience in advising on cross-border transactions and working with international clients and counterparties in various jurisdictions in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
She has been a Member of Brooklyn A’s Board of Directors since 2000, serving as Secretary, Vice-Chair, and Chair for several different years.
