James H.R. Windels is counsel in Davis Polk’s Litigation Department. He has experience in a wide variety of federal and state court commercial litigation matters, regulatory enforcement proceedings and internal investigations.
He has been a member of Brooklyn A’s Board of Director’s since 2002, served as Vice-Chair, and Chair of the Board from 2010-2016.
