Prior to joining Brooklyn A, Cynthia worked extensively with recently arrived migrants in Brooklyn. She provided support, advocacy, and social services to help them navigate the immigration system and build new lives in the United States. She is passionate about using her legal skills to help the most vulnerable and create a more just and equitable society. Cynthia holds a J.D. from Benjamin L. Crump College of Law and an LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Cynthia is admitted to practice in Illinois and is waiting for bar admission in New York. Cynthia’s favorite places in New York are Southside Williamsburg and Domino Park.
