Prior to joining Brooklyn A, Zachary worked in private practice handling trusts and estates, and before that was an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. He holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. in History and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Zachary is admitted to practice in New York and the US Tax Court. Zachary brings to his work a passion for his adopted city, which he spends his free time taking long walks in; he has walked the entire length of Manhattan and from Park Slope, Brooklyn, to his home in Astoria, Queens, then to his in-law’s house in Flushing. Of all the places he’s seen in New York, his favorite is Astoria Heights Playground, where he likes to sit and read.
