Prior to joining Brooklyn A, Rachael practiced immigration law at the Immigrant Defense Project and her law school’s immigration clinic. She spent her summers at the ACLU of Kansas and the ACLU of New Jersey, where her work focused largely on police/prosecutorial misconduct and government transparency. She holds a J.D. from CUNY School of Law and a B.S. in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas. Rachael brings to Brooklyn A perseverance, her passion for justice, and a sincere dedication to Brooklyn A’s mission and values. Her favorite place in Brooklyn is Coney Island.
