Prior to joining Brooklyn A, Meah Clay worked most recently as a Legal Associate and Community Development Officer at the Local Initiative Support Corporation, a nonprofit lender with whom many of our CED clients work on affordable housing and community development projects and as counsel to an online startup focused on collecting, curating, and organizing reviews and news on the diverse arts community of NYC. She holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College. She is admitted to practice in New York. Meah brings to her work and aptitude for cross-functional leadership and collaboration, strategic problem-solving, and strong project management. Her favorite places in NYC are its many cultural institutions, large and small, across multiple genres.
