The Fair Housing Act allows for anyone to bring a claim for housing discrimination. If you believe you have been discriminated against by your landlord or landlord’s employees (such as a building manager,
“super,” or broker) and have suffered a loss of housing or access to housing related services such as heat, hot water, or regular repairs, you may have a fair housing claim.
